Terms of Service

The customer agree to purchase the goods specified in the sale once they submit the order on Aaleeya Modest online store.

In the rare event that an item that the customer ordered is out of stock or no longer available, we will inform the customer prior to shipment and the customer will have the option of substituting another item or receiving a refund.

After the goods are shipped, the customer may no longer cancel the sale.

SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL : We ship wordwide and the shipping rate is based on total weight of your shipment and it calculated upon checkout.

Depending on the import laws of your country, it is possible that you may be charged customs, dusty fees or taxes.

MALAYSIA : We offer free or flat rate shipping fee within Malaysia.

All orders dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday, will be dispatched the following Monday or next possible business day.

RETURNS

The customer is able to return goods within 7 days of the purchase date, returned goods must be in original brand new, unwashed and unworn condition.

All items purchased during sale period, clearance items, last pieces sale and custom sizes sale are Final sale - Returns or refunds will not be accepted.
